Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Chia Seeds add 1 more tbsp for thicker consistency, 1/2 tbsp less for thinner consistency
  • 2 tbsp Sweetener your preferred sweetener
  • 2 tsp Cocoa Powder
  • 3/4 Cup Coconut Milk unsweetened

Instructions

  • Gather all the ingredients.
    Ingredients to make chocolate chia seed pudding on the countertop.
  • In a small cup or bowl, add chia seeds, sweetener, cocoa powder, coconut milk and mix well with a whisk. Note - For more firmer pudding, use less coconut milk.

  • Refrigerate for 3-4 hours or more depending on preference.
