Ingredients

  • 3/4 lbs Chicken Breast skinless and boneless
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 2 Garlic
  • 1/2 tbsp Oil neutral flavor
  • 1/2 Cup Mushrooms sliced
  • 1/8 tsp Salt
  • 1/8 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 Stalk Green Onion optional garnish
  • 1/2 tsp Toasted Sesame Seeds optional garnish

Instructions

  • Gather all the ingredients.

  • Use a garlic press or grater to grate the garlic, wash and slice the mushrooms, and cut the chicken into bite-sized cubes.

  • Place the butter in a bowl and microwave for 45-60 seconds until melted. Mix in the grated garlic.
  • In a large skillet or wok with no oil, add the sliced mushrooms and cook on high heat for 2-3 minutes until the mushrooms are tender, then transfer them to a holding plate.

  • In the same skillet or wok, add oil and heat it on high. Once oil is preheated, add in the cubed chicken, season with salt and black pepper, and cook until the chicken forms a golden brown crust, about 2-4 minutes.

  • Add in the cooked mushrooms and garlic butter, combine well, and serve on a plate. Garnish with green onions and toasted sesame seeds.
