  • 3 Cups Rice rice of choice
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 1 Clove Garlic
  • 1/2 Cup Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 1/2 Cup Grated Parmesan
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/8 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1/8 tsp Nutmeg
  • 1 tbsp Shredded Parmesan optional

  • Gather all the ingredients.

  • Grate garlic with a grater or mince and set aside.

  • Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Once butter is melted, stir in and cook rice until tender, approximately 1-2 minutes.
    Rice in a frying pan with butter.
  • Stir in heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, grated garlic, salt, black pepper and nutmeg. Cook 3-5 minutes.
