Ingredients

  • 2 Cups Frozen Cauliflower Rice
  • 1 Clove Garlic
  • 1/2 tsp Old Bay Seasoning
  • 1/4 tsp Sweetener your preferred sweetener
  • 1/8 tsp Salt
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 1/4 tsp Paprika optional for color

Instructions

  • Gather all the ingredients.

  • Mince garlic and set aside.

  • Place large skillet on high heat and bring up to temp. Add frozen cauliflower rice and minced garlic, stir often and cook for 3-4 minutes or until desired texture is reached.

  • Add in Old Bay seasoning, sweetener, salt, optional paprika and butter. Cook until butter is melted then transfer to a serving plate.
