1/3lbsThinly Sliced Pork Butt/Shoulderabout 1/8 inch thickness
1CupBean Sprouts
1/3CupGreen Beanschopped
1tbspCooking Oil neutral, no flavor or taste
1/8tspSalt
1/4tspToasted Sesame Seeds

Instructions
Gather all the ingredients.
Thoroughly wash bean sprouts, chop green beans and use a grater or garlic press to grate garlic.
Combine grated garlic, soy sauce, Japanese sake, sweetener, and black pepper in a mixing bowl and set aside.
In a wok or frying pan, add 1 tbsp of neutral oil on high heat. Once the oil is up to temp, add bean sprouts and chopped green beans. Stir and cook until tender, around 2-4 minutes.
Add in sliced pork, sprinkle in salt and cook until browned, around 2-3 minutes. Pour stir fry sauce in and cook for an additional 15-30 seconds. Transfer to a serving plate and garnish with toasted sesame seeds.
